Sean Akadiri, the Founder and CEO of AgBoost, brings over 15 years of experience in biotechnology and life sciences. Sean’s mission is clear: help ranchers make smarter, data-backed decisions to improve profitability and sustainability. His journey began when he moved from Nigeria to the U.S. at age 19, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Biology, a minor in Chemistry, and later an MBA. His early work sequencing genes for the North American Whitetail Deer Association sparked a passion to make complex genetic data easier to understand and apply especially for producers.
As an entrepreneur-in-residence at the University of Oklahoma and advisor to multiple biotech initiatives, Sean brings both scientific knowledge and real-world business sense to AgBoost. Under his leadership, the company has grown into a trusted name in livestock technology, serving ranchers and organizations across the U.S. and internationally.
